Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10.07.2026
Althea VPN treats your digital privacy as its highest priority. Our policy is extremely simple: we do not collect data about what you do online, so we cannot hand it over to anyone.
1. Zero Logs Policy
We strictly follow a no-activity-logs policy. This means that we technically do not record, store or share:
- The history of websites and apps you visit
- Your original IP address
- DNS requests
- The contents of your traffic and messages
- Timestamps of session start and end
2. Data we do collect (the bare minimum)
We collect only the limited amount of data required for the service to work:
- Technical account data: email (used solely for sign-in and subscription management)
- Aggregated statistics: the total volume of transferred data (in bytes) with no link to specific activity, so that we can maintain server quality
- Diagnostics (optional): anonymous crash reports that contain no personal information (device type, OS version)
3. How we use the data
The minimal information we collect is used only to:
- Provide access to the VPN servers (authorization)
- Balance the load across the servers
- Provide technical support to users
4. Law enforcement requests
We respect the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, because we do not store activity logs or user IP addresses, we physically cannot provide information linking a specific user to particular online activity, even upon receiving an official legal request. We cannot disclose what we do not hold.
5. Third-party services
We use trusted providers to process payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto and others). Payment data is processed on their side — Althea VPN has no access to the full details of your bank cards.
6. Your rights
Because we do not store personal data that could identify you online, the right to "delete your history" is fulfilled automatically — the history is simply never recorded. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@altheavpn.com.

1.3. The Seller provides data processing Services, including private virtual access services, as well as other Services relating to private security on the Internet and private access to the Internet (hereinafter – the Services). The Services include, but are not limited to, VPN and other software, add-ons, applications, information and information materials available to the Customer from the Seller.
1.4. Plans – the system of prices for data processing Services presented on the website https://altheavpn.com/.
2. General provisions

2.2. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms the following:
a) The Buyer has fully read and agrees with the terms of this Agreement;
b) The Buyer gives permission to collect, process and transfer personal data on the terms defined in the Privacy Policy published on the website https://altheavpn.com/.
3. Price of the services
3.1. The price of the data processing Services is specified on the website https://altheavpn.com/ in the Plans section.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any Plan.
3.3. The Seller may not change the price of an Order that has already been paid.
3.4. The Buyer's payment obligations are deemed fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds in full in accordance with the Plans.

4.2. When ordering on the website https://altheavpn.com/ the Buyer undertakes to provide an email address.
4.3. If the Seller requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the required information, the Seller is not responsible for providing a quality service to the Buyer.
4.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing and paying for the Order.
4.5. The Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is deemed concluded from the moment the order is placed electronically on the website https://altheavpn.com/ and paid for by the Buyer.

6.2. If the Buyer has not contacted the Seller in writing at the addresses specified on the website https://altheavpn.com/ with a proposal to terminate the Agreement, the Agreement is deemed valid until terminated by agreement of the Parties.
6.3. The Seller has the right to restrict the provision of Services to the Buyer if facts of improper use of the Service are revealed, namely:
a) Use of the Service by the Buyer for the purpose of violating the laws of the Russian Federation or other states;
b) Transfer of the individual access key to third parties (with the exception of the Buyer's close relatives);
c) Exceeding the traffic quota of 1.8 terabytes per 30 days. When this threshold is exceeded, access to the Service is suspended automatically. In this case the Buyer may contact the Seller using any available communication channel and request an increase of the traffic limit. In response to such a request from the Buyer, the Seller is obliged, no more than once every 30 days, to increase the Buyer's traffic limit to 3 terabytes per 30 days.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The Buyer undertakes not to use the system for sending spam, scanning ports and proxies, carrying out mass mailings (even if the messages are actually sent through another server), and not to carry out hacking attacks on other computers or networks.
7.2. Coverage area, internet speed and connection quality during the provision of the Services may vary. The Seller undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that the Services are provided at any time (except for maintenance and repair breaks). The Services may be unavailable due to factors beyond the Seller's control, including emergencies, network problems or restrictions, interference, signal interruption and disruptions in the operation of other services.
7.3. The Seller is not liable for loss of data and messages or incorrect display of pages due to network problems. To protect Buyers, the Seller may unilaterally set restrictions on the use of certain data and block customer service. Network speed is a nominal estimated characteristic and does not correspond to the actual speed of sending and receiving data. The actual network speed depends on its configuration, the data compression method, network load and other factors. The Seller gives no guarantees regarding the timeliness of data receipt and is not liable for possible delays or losses.
Refund and cancellation policy
Effective date: 10.07.2026
We want using Althea VPN to be as comfortable as possible. If the service did not suit you, you can request a refund; however, to prevent abuse we set clear "Fair Use" rules.
1. Money-back guarantee
1.1. We provide a limited 100% money-back guarantee within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment if you are not satisfied with the quality of the service.
1.2. This guarantee applies solely to the first purchase (the first order) made from a unique user account.
1.3. Repeat purchases, subscription renewals and additional orders made by the same user (identified by email, account ID or payment details) are non-refundable. Paying for the service again legally confirms that the user was satisfied with the quality of the service during the previous periods.
2. When a refund is declined (limitations)
To protect our network from overload and abuse, refunds are not issued in the following cases:
2.1. Data cap: If more than 5 GB (gigabytes) of total traffic (incoming and outgoing) has passed through your account since the subscription was activated. Exceeding this limit is legally treated as full consumption of the service and as proof of proper connection quality.
2.2. Time limit: The request was submitted more than 14 days after payment.
2.3. Rule violations: If the account was blocked for violating the Terms of Use, including but not limited to: spam, distribution of malware, fraud, hacking attacks.
2.4. The service is technically sound: If the service is technically sound but the customer cannot use it because of restrictions on the side of their local internet provider or device, or a lack of setup skills, provided that our support has given instructions.
2.5. Anonymous payments: Payments made with cryptocurrency cannot be refunded for technical reasons. Only crediting the equivalent amount of time to the account balance is possible.
3. How to request a refund
3.1. To request a refund, message us on Telegram @AltheaVPN_Support_Bot.
3.2. In your message it is enough to include:
— The email or Telegram ID linked to the account.
— The date and amount of the payment, including a screenshot or PDF of the receipt.
— The reason for the refund (briefly).
3.3. We will check the traffic consumption logs on the server (traffic is stored in accordance with the privacy policy and is anonymised). Screenshots of speed tests or videos are not required — traffic billing is the only proof that the service was used.
3.4. A decision is made within 7 business days of the request being submitted on Telegram @AltheaVPN_Support_Bot.
